How To Pay Your Monthly Rent
There are several acceptable methods to pay your rent. Whichever you select, make sure you have your payment in by 11:59 PM on the 4th of the month, even if that is a holiday or Sunday.
1. ONLINE: Click the blue PAY ONLINE link to the right (link located below text on mobile devices) to initiate an ACH or credit card payment using the Pay Lease payment system. One-time or reoccurring payment options available. Fees apply.
2. DROP BOX: Drop a check or money order in our campus drop box at 1907 Garden Ave. (off Franklin Blvd. at Villard, behind Starbucks). The drop box is located in the lower level entrance door. Just follow the bridge to the lower parking lot and place your payment through the mail slot (check out the video on this page). Make the check payable to the property in which you live (Millrace Apartments, Student Manor Apartments) and be sure to write your apartment number on the Memo/For line.
3. OFFICE: Make in-person payments by check, money order, or exact cash (no change needed), on Monday – Friday between 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
4. MAIL: Mail a check or money order on or before the 1st to Ducks Property Management 1907 Garden Ave. Suite 203 Eugene, OR 97403. Make the check or money order payable to the property in which you live (Millrace Apartments, Student Manor Apartments, Riverview Business Park) and be sure to write your apartment number on the Memo/For line.
If you pay your rent after the 4th, be sure to include the late fee of $40 with your payment.
You CAN pay rent in advance. Many tenants pay their rent three – four months at a time when they receive their financial aid/scholarship funds at the beginning of each term.
