Flex-Desk Plan $250 per month – Our most popular plan.  Reserve one of six desks in our flex-desk room.  All desks can be height adjusted for wheelchair use and adapted to standing desk use.  Members have 24/hour building access and unlimited flex-desk room use. Members can print up to 50 black and white documents for free each month. Lockers are available for rent.

COVID-19 precautions in place including desks distanced six feet apart, mask use required*, enhanced cleaning protocol, and powerful air purification system.

Storage lockers are available for rent in the space.

Flex-Massage Plan $350 per month.  Licensed massage therapists can purchase a monthly membership for unlimited, 24-hour access to our Flex-Massage Space.  Your name will appear on the building directory and you can even purchase a name plate for the office door!  The space offers a peaceful setting and the basic massage equipment.  Members provide their own linens, oils, etc.  There is waiting room seating for your client’s use. Storage lockers are available for rent in the space.

Add-Ons

Meeting/Conference Room – All members receive two hours of conference room use each month included in their monthly membership.  Additional use can be purchased for $35/hour.  The space has seating for 15 and a 72-inch flat screen TV.  An HDMI cable can be reserved in advance.

Lockers – Lockers are available in all of our flex-spaces.  The monthly cost is $15.

Business Address – Receive mail and packages with your business mailing address. The monthly cost is $25.

Office Door Signage – Flex-Office, Flex-Counseling, and Flex-Massage members can purchase a name plate for their office door.  The plate slides in and out of the door sign holder and can be placed in position when you’re in your office.

If you are seeing your clients remotely and really just need an official mailing address and a space to see clients part of the week, this flex office may be a great choice for you!

Members use our scheduling app to reserve their times and can use the space as much or as little as they want, 24/7. They also enjoy the other amenities of the building, including two free hours per month of conference room use ($35/hour after that), our spacious kitchen stocked with Keurig coffee and snacks, free black and white printing, free off-street parking, secure storage in the suite that only they have access to, a waiting area for your clients, your name on the building directory (with a door sign option available) and a mailing address.
