As with any property located more than 25 miles from our Springfield office, you must submit one application and $50 screening fee to view this home. If you view the home and no longer wish to proceed, we will refund the $50 screening fee. If you do not show for your appointment or apply but do not qualify, the fee is non-refundable. This policy helps to prevent people from scheduling tours and then failing to attend, which happens more often than we’d like. It takes a great deal of our time and gas to drive from Springfield to Drain and we do not want to waste our time. Additionally this requirement adds an element of safety to the tour process since we know who we are meeting before we arrive. Thank you for your understanding.
