Flex-Desk Plan $250 per month – Our most popular plan. Reserve one of six desks in our flex-desk room. All desks can be height adjusted for wheelchair use and adapted to standing desk use. Members have 24/hour building access and unlimited flex-desk room use. Members can print up to 50 black and white documents for free each month. Lockers are available for rent. Designated desk $300/month, includes storage.
COVID-19 precautions in place including desks distanced six feet apart, mask use required*, enhanced cleaning protocol, and powerful air purification system.
Flex-Counseling Office Plan $250 per month. Therapists, counselors, mediators, and other similar professionals can purchase a monthly membership for unlimited, 24-hour access to our Flex-Counseling Office. Your name will appear on the building directory and you can even purchase a name plate for the office door! The office offers a peaceful setting and seating for people of all sizes and abilities. There is waiting room seating for your client’s use. Storage lockers are available for rent in the space.
Meeting/Conference Room – All members receive two hours of conference room use each month included in their monthly membership. Additional use can be purchased for $35/hour. The space has seating for 15 and a 72-inch flat screen TV. An HDMI cable can be reserved in advance.
Lockers – Lockers are available in all of our flex-spaces. The monthly cost is $15.
Business Address – Receive mail and packages with your business mailing address. The monthly cost is $25.
Office Door Signage – Flex-Office, Flex-Counseling, and Flex-Massage members can purchase a name plate for their office door. The plate slides in and out of the door sign holder and can be placed in position when you’re in your office.
Private Office Rentals
The building also has available private office spaces from 108 square feet to 470 square feet. There are two floors, with private, quiet spaces as well as more prominent spaces. Lease 500 sq. ft. or more for an additional discount.
The building was renovated recently and has lovely updates like energy efficient lighting, granite counters, new carpet, paint, tile, and cat-6 to each office.
The building amenities include a lunch room, gender neutral restroom with shower, ADA bathrooms on each floor, ramp access to front, auto-slide door, and a ten-person meeting/conference room. Some offices have views of the Willamette River, while others have views of the Matthew Knight Arena. Starbucks is less than a block away.
There is limited off-street parking, free two-hour on-street parking, and a Diamond pay parking lot right across the street.
