Members use our scheduling app to reserve their times and can use the space as much or as little as they want, 24/7. They also enjoy the other amenities of the building, including two free hours per month of conference room use ($35/hour after that), our spacious kitchen stocked with Keurig coffee and snacks, free black and white printing, free off-street parking, secure storage in the suite that only they have access to, a waiting area for your clients, your name on the building directory (with a door sign option available) and a mailing address.

Features of Suite 110 include an adjustable desk (stand up, adjust for wheel chair use, etc.) and seating to accommodate people of ALL sizes in a peaceful, professional setting. There is free WI-FI available in the building as well.

The building also has available traditionally leased office spaces from 106 – 470 square feet.

The building was renovated recently and has lovely updates like energy efficient lighting, granite counters, new carpet, paint, tile, and cat-6 to each office.

The building amenities include a lunch room, gender neutral restroom with shower, ADA bathrooms on each floor, ramp access to front, auto-slide door, and a ten-person meeting/conference room.
