Room C is a fully contained one bedroom apartment on the second floor.  It is two room suite with private bathroom and efficiency kitchen (fridge, microwave, hotplate).  There is a lovely bay window with extra secret storage in the window seat. Additionally there is a ceiling fan in the extra high-bedroom ceiling to keep the space nice and cool.   Rent is $750month.

This unit does NOT meet Section 8’s guidelines as there is only one sink (they require two).

Tenants can also use communal kitchen, deck, and laundry in the house.

Utilities & landscaping service are divided by the number of roommates in the home. No one pays more than 1/7 of all utilities.  Averages are $50 – $150/month.  Rooms are single or double-occupancy. Most parking is on-street.

Interested prospective residents must submit a rental application and pay the application fee of $50 before they can tour. If you view the rooms and are no longer interested, we will refund the fee. If you do not show or do not qualify, the application fee is non-refundable.

Deposit is equal to the rent.

No indoor smoking allowed. A small house pet that has been spayed or neutered, vaccinated and licensed may be permitted.
