Waiting list forming NOW.  Units will range from $850 – $995/month and include some utilities. 

This complex has undergone extensive renovation and features coin-op laundry on each floor.  Studio occupancy is one adult.  One bedroom occupancy is two adults.  Residents should begin moving into the units Summer 2023.  

Subsidies of all kinds are permitted, including monthly rent assistance programs, deposit help programs, etc.  

Indoor cats allowed with deposit.  All cats must wear visible identification, be kept indoors, be spayed or neutered, and current on vaccinations. No more than two cats allowed per unit.  Deposit is $300.  

To get on the waiting list, please complete the Rental Application.  There is a link on this page.  You must pay the $50 screening fee.  If you decide you no longer wish to be on the waiting list, this fee will be refunded. If you transfer from the waiting list to an actual application for a specific apartment (approximately 7-10 days before your apartment is ready), and do not qualify, the application fee is not refundable so please review the Rental Criteria (on Rental Application) before you pay the fee.  

Rent $850 – $995.  Tenant pays utility fee of $75 per person for water, sewer, trash & electric.  Application fee $50 per adult.  Security deposit $850 – $1,990. Cat deposit $300. All fees and  deposits must be paid at or before moving in. All leases 12-months.  

There are also a few shared living suites for $500 available in the building.   A shared living suite is a private living space, private kitchenette with sink, and shared shower and toilet room.  The are five shared living suites, two shower rooms, and two toilet stalls.  Shared living suite tenants pay $75 for utilities PLUS $25/month for cleaning of common bathrooms & shower rooms, as well as toilet paper, etc.  All shared living suites are located on the same floor at the commercial office spaces so these tenants must be of exceptional character and hygiene.  

No smoking allowed, including cannabis products, and vaping.  No outdoor smoking within 10 feet of any building entrance.
