These spaces are suitable for all sorts of (relatively) quiet business use like therapy, massage, non-profit business, attorneys, etc.

There are windows that open. The rent is $750/month on a gross lease (all utilities included, except Internet). Lease term is 12-months.
The next space is approximately 139 sq. ft. with an additional 6×10 (60 sq. ft.) closet space. There is no A/C in this space, but the window(s) do open. There is a cadet-style heater. The rent is $450/month on a gross lease (all utilities included, except Internet). This space is accessed through a common door to the church.
Additional amenities include new carpeting, clean, professional feel, and potential access to additional areas of the building for meetings, kitchen use, etc. In some cases, there are additional costs for the additional areas. There is off-street parking.
Both spaces available are UPSTAIRS and there is no elevator.
There is an application fee of $50. The security deposit is equal to the rent. Minimum lease length is 12-months.
