Important Move In Notes…
You MUST have an appointment to move in. Your appointment and move in will happen on the same day, but please schedule your appointment a minimum of seven days in advance.
Move ins are scheduled Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. If you need to move in on a holiday or evening, we will schedule an appointment to do your paperwork and receive payment in advance so you can arrive and begin moving in at your convenience.

Whenever possible, ALL tenants will be present at the move in appointment. Please do not bring extra people to your move in appointment such as parents, friends, etc. Your co-signer does not need to attend.
There are LOTS of things that need to be done in every apartment before new tenants move in. Units must be cleaned, paint touched up, carpets cleaned, furniture cleaned (when applicable), drapery/blinds cleaned, repairs made. In some cases furniture or carpets are replaced and the entire apartment painted. We may not know that repairs need to be made until the old tenants move out. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work to accommodate your scheduling needs.
